'Freedom not on commercial speech': Supreme Court directs comedians to apologise; asks Centre for guidelines

The Supreme Court has instructed five social media influencers, including Samay Raina, to publicly apologize for mocking individuals with disabilities. This directive follows allegations of ridiculing people with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and blindness.
